Season’s Greetings from the Clear Voice team! ⭐ At our Winter Conference last week, we learned how to say "We wish you a Merry Christmas" in British Sign Language. Give it a watch 👇 Paul from the Royal Association for Deaf people was a fantastic BSL teacher. He also taught us a lot about deaf awareness. 🎄However you’re celebrating the festive season, we hope it brings you joy! PS: Wondering why we chose to learn about deaf awareness this year? We now offer BSL interpreting and translation (as well as other accessibility services) so it made sense. #Christmas2025 #BSL

🎓Last week, we hosted our first ever InPower Project graduation. This event gave us the opportunity to celebrate our incredible students and their achievements. ❓The InPower Project is an initiative from Clear Voice that fully funds refugees through the vocational education they need to become professional freelance interpreters. 🧡 Every graduate has overcome huge advertisity to achieve what they have. They can be enormously proud of their accomplishments – we certainly are! The graduation was a richly deserved celebration for them and their loved ones. 🔗 To learn more about the InPower Project visit: https://loom.ly/pC6VL0k #SocialEnterprise #InPowerGrad #Interpreting

We’re biased... Of course we think doing business with social enterprises is a great choice 😉 We’re a social enterprise, so we’d say that! ➡️ That’s why we sponsored the “Buy Social” Market Builder Award at the Social Enterprise UK Awards this week. The Award is all about recognising businesses that spend with purpose 💪 🎉Co-op was the lucky winner! They have strong social goals and community-led programmes. 👏Huge congratulations to Co-op And all the finalists Amey, McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd, National Highways, Nationwide Building Society, Nestlé and School for Social Entrepreneurs 🥂Let’s raise our glass to buying social! PS: Can you spot David, our CEO, posing with the Co-op team? 👇 #SocEntAwards24 #SocialEnterprise #BuySocial

We didn’t win... But what a night! 🎉There’s nothing like a night of celebrating social enterprises and the amazing work they do. Our team had so many interesting and inspiring conversations. We didn't win Social Enterprise Innovation of the Year but it still felt like an achievement to be finalists and to have our social impact recognised ☺️ 👏 We happily tip our hats to Change Please, the very worthy winners. The future of social enterprise is bright! #SocEntAwards24 #SocialEnterprise #BuySocial

🎓Congratulations to our InPower graduates! Last week, 21 refugees celebrated their graduation as qualified interpreters at a heartwarming ceremony in London. Our InPower Project empowers refugees by enabling and fully funding their training as interpreters. ➡️Once trained, graduates can become freelance interpreters and use their skills/knowledge/experience to provide interpreting services for Clear Voice's customers. Ivonne, one of the graduates, had to flee El Salvador. She qualified as a professional Level 3 community interpreter and has been working as a freelance interpreter working with Clear Voice since. 🔊She said: “I feel really happy. I feel really proud of all that I have achieved today. It is a great day for everyone: for Clear Voice, empowering people. For us, for those who are trying to make a life here in the UK, and for those who we serve as well. So it is a day for celebration, and I am happy. What do you think of our InPower Project? Tell us in the comments 👇 #SocialEnterprise #InPowerGrad #Interpreting
