As #SaaS providers, it’s easy to focus on showcasing the value of our solutions - but we must also consider how they fit within the customer’s broader technology landscape. Although I build mostly on #AWS I frequently work with customers to integrate into their #Azure based platforms. I’m pleased to have taken the time to expand my knowledge on #Azure Architecture, #AI and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Boosting customer service experience through generative AI    We are pleased to announce we have gone live with ServiceNow’s Now Assist module, the latest development in genAI designed to transform the service experience for our customers.     With the module embedded within CDL’s service function, customers will receive a seamless experience when they contact us, thanks to AI being integrated in our processes. For example, a summary of their conversation with us can be obtained at the push of a button. As a result, the benefits harnessed through the power of AI will be realised immediately, chiefly an acceleration in the resolution of queries.     There will also be greater opportunity for self-service – of course, #TeamCDL will be on-hand for support, as needed. From 2025, they will be able to take advantage of a knowledge base complete with enriched information designed to serve their needs.      For our teams, Now Assist will change the way we work, facilitating more enjoyable, valuable work focused on customers' needs, and the chance to develop their knowledge and skillset.
