As the year comes to a close, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year filled with milestones, collaboration, and unforgettable experiences. This year, we celebrated several major accomplishments: - Completed several significant leasing transactions and have a strong pipeline of more heading into 2025. - The grand opening of Cirrus Amenity Space at Fifth Avenue Place, offering a next-level experience for our tenants. - Introduced Bond at Bankers Hall, a space that fosters connection and innovation in the heart of Calgary's Downtown Core. - Broke ground on our exciting Suncor Energy Centre redevelopment project, marking the beginning of a transformative chapter for the building and our tenants. We also raised substantial funds for local charities through our annual Stampede events, showcased unforgettable live music performances, and exhibited international and local artwork – creating vibrant experiences for our tenants and Calgarians alike. These moments brought our employees, tenants, and communities together and highlighted the power of connection. A sincere thank you to our partners, teams, and everyone involved in making this year such a success!

With imaginative installations and fresh perspectives, our work showcases art’s ability to foster reflection, build connections, and energize public spaces. In New York City, the Bee Totem installation by ONEJESSA was on view in the Two Manhattan West lobby in November. This thought-provoking artwork invited viewers to consider the intersection of nature and technology, appearing both alive and in motion. In Rio de Janeiro, the new cultural walkway at Ventura Corporate Towers turns an abandoned space into a vibrant multicultural corridor. Multimedia artist Wilbor brought 550 m² of the walkway to life, inspired by the movements of Rio’s hip hop and capoeira cultures. This colorful passage connects the towers to the city’s Cathedral, offering a space for community, art, and soon, local merchants. In Calgary, Elemental Alchemy by Lili Yas Tayefi at Fifth Avenue Place reflects the ever-changing nature of the human experience. The exhibition is a part of the 315 Residency program and is crafted with upcycled materials and natural dyes, this piece bridges art and science, inviting viewers to reflect on the beauty of impermanence. Our team in Chicago participated in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K walk, showing our support for breast cancer awareness and for individuals and families impacted by this disease. Thank you to everyone who joined us in taking strides toward a brighter, healthier future. We were honored to partner with the United Breast Cancer Foundation for the third consecutive year to host Pink Bag Events across 30 Brookfield Properties’ retail locations nationwide. Together with UBCF, we supported approximately 4,500 individuals with gifts valued at over $2.5 million during #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth.
