Founded in 2006, Broadsword is an experienced and multi award-winning event communications agency specialising in B2B and B2E event experiences such as offsites, conferences, exhibitions, and award ceremonies. Across Europe, Asia, and America, we deliver events for global financial companies such as HSBC and M&G, as well as inspirational organisations like The British Independent Film Awards, The Women of The Future Awards, and Thomson Reuter’s Foundation Trust Conference. The events we work on inspire audiences, nurture talent, and provide the stage for celebration, connection, and important conversations. This drives us, as organisers, and our overall mission to empower the fundamental right to speak and be heard, to create a compelling experience that adds to our world. A big shout-out to our team, suppliers, and clients based in Hong Kong. What another incredibly successful year for the APAC team! In 2024 we delivered 24 APAC events across five countries in the region, welcomed Helen to the team, and hosted our very first global B. Inspired. It was a very special highlight for Anna, Diane and Matt to visit Hong kong and spend quality time with the team there. We're looking forward to an equally exciting 2025 🚀

Team Broadsword came together for our Christmas social yesterday, beginning with volunteering at Children's Book Project. The boxes in our photo are packed 916 books ready to go off to disadvantaged schools - that means 408 children get 2 books of their own directly from our volunteering. The charity has donated over 500 000 books in 2024 alone, with a mission to tackle book poverty and give every child the opportunity to own their own book. What a joy to take up some of our Christmas social day to give back. We rounded up the evening with a dinner where we handed out appreciation awards recognising employees who made a big difference from a B Corp Champion to our rising stars! The British Independent Film Awards took place yesterday at Roundhouse London, with the ceremony hosted by Peter Serafinowicz, red carpet hosted by Yinka Bokinni and awards given to some of the most iconic names in independent film. It was an absolute pleasure to support the awards for a 15th year! #BIFA2024 #IndependentFilm
