Maude represented the team at the book’s launch event last week. This publication is a comprehensive "how-to" guide for fund finance professionals, providing effective guidance on structuring and executing successful transactions. These two contributions provide key considerations related to fund finance transactions involving Luxembourg and Dutch funds, highlighting fund regimes and legal forms, key due diligence aspects, legal documentation and processes, security arrangements, and regulatory requirements. #TheWorkingGuidetoFundFinance, the industry's first "How To" guide published by Brickfield Recruitment, is now available for download at our website. https://lnkd.in/dXRWAP5m The guide covers the basics of all widely used types of fund finance in Europe, including subscription finance, NAV, asset finance and hybrid finance as well as GP and manager financing. Detailed attention is given to how a finance package is put together, the contents of that package and the considerations and steps required to get from the first proposal to closing, looking in particular at how lending decisions are made and implemented, as well as the accompanying legal documentation and considerations.
