As 2024 comes to a close, we're taking a moment to reflect on a year of hard work, growth, and success. Some highlights to mention: ✨Integrated new systems to have greater oversight of our projects, people and financials 📈 ✨ Saw over 15 projects through to completion 🏁 ✨ Welcomed new clients and 4 new colleagues ✨Hosted our annual client networking event ✨Stepped up our CPD and introduced lunch and learns mid year - successfully completing 5 between July and November ✨Constructionline Silver achieved and going for Gold🏅 ✨Renewed our ISO9001 & 14001 ✨ Had some important downtime socialising out of office 🍻⚽️ ✨ Raised over £2,500 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital for our efforts in the Dragon Boat Race 🐉   To our team, clients, and partners: thank you for being an integral part of our journey this year. 🎉 Celebrating Progress at Our Steel Signing Event for Trebor/Hillwood! 🎉 We recently held a steel signing event on-site for our client Trebor Developments LLP/Hillwood, marking a significant milestone in the development of the 335,000 sq. ft distribution centre in Crewe. This event symbolises not just the physical structure taking shape, but also the collaboration and dedication of our teams. 👏🏗️ The steel beam was signed by the senior leadership teams from Glencar, Trebor Developments and Hillwood, representing our shared commitment to quality and excellence as we move forward. Great to see the progress on the Moderna Innovation and Technology Centre at Harwell! The MITC will encompass a research, development and manufacturing facility, providing the UK public with access to cutting-edge mRNA vaccines for a wide range of respiratory diseases, pending regulatory assessment and licensure. 🚣♂️🌟 WE DID IT! 🌟🚣♀️   On Saturday, 29th June, Baynham Meikle took part in the Birmingham Dragon Boat Race alongside 23 other Birmingham-based businesses. Over the two-day event, a phenomenal £245k was raised for Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust! 💖🏥   While we didn’t win, we placed an impressive 6th, which is amazing considering it was our first time competing.
