Our AVEVA Calgary office have continued a 15-year tradition of spreading joy and holiday cheer. The team supported the Spirit Tree program run by the Providence Children’s Centre; a local non-profit dedicated to helping children with developmental challenges. Spirit Tree brings holiday cheer to families who could use a little extra support during the season. Over 100 AVEVA employees came together to donate, shop, wrap, or deliver over 50 gifts. Our annual festive wrapping party brought us together as a team, highlighting the very best of our team spirit and the meaningful difference we can make through AVEVA’s Action for Good program. Moments like these remind us of the power of collaboration and the importance of giving back to the community. We are proud to make a difference together!

It was a privilege to host a distinguished delegation from Thailand's healthcare sector at our San Leandro Customer Experience Center this past month. The delegation's mission of modernizing the country's healthcare sector aligns closely with AVEVA's vision of building an industrial ecosystem in the sector. We believe that by bringing together reliable and #sustainable medical facilities and equipment, an optimized Supply Chain 4.0 of pharmaceutical products, and breakthrough research accelerated by AI through radical collaboration, we can transform patient care and the medical world together. We are grateful for the thoughtful gift brought by the delegation, symbolizing our shared commitment to innovation and collaboration. We also would like to express our gratitude to USTDA and Access Life Sciences for their generous support in making this important visit possible. Special thanks to DERNetSoft and Kaiser Permanente for their insightful presentations.

In today's rapidly evolving workplace, the younger workforce expects digital transformation as a norm, not a novelty. To ensure successful adoption of new technologies, we must focus on two key aspects: · Problem-Solving: Technology should address real challenges and enhance productivity. · Feedback Loops: Establishing open channels for feedback helps alleviate fears and fosters a supportive environment for learning. Let's embrace these principles to bridge the generational gap and drive innovation forward.
🚀 The latest episode of the Practitioners Unplugged Podcast featuring Mike Labhart, Director of Smart Factory and Innovation at Schneider Electric North America In this episode, Mike shares his nearly 30-year journey in manufacturing and how he has been pivotal in driving digital transformation across Schneider's North American facilities. He emphasizes the importance of focusing on real-world problems, establishing a digital core, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Key takeaways include: The significance of a standardized production system for effective data utilization. The need for a feedback loop to ensure technology adoption and address user concerns. The potential of AI and machine learning in enhancing operational efficiency and predictive maintenance. Join us as we explore how embracing digital transformation is not just a trend but a necessity for future success in manufacturing! 🎧💡 Check out the episode and blog article at: https://bit.ly/4dgYQcU Schneider Electric AVEVA #PractitionersUnplugged #DigitalTransformation #Industry40 #SmartManufacturing #Podcast
