Our unique superpower is that we’ve been there, done that! We have led teams ranging in size from 2 to 162 colleagues and we know what it’s like to be stuck in a personal or team challenge and not know how to get out of it. We create personalised programmes – right for the individual or group – to get unstuck and drive change. We are passionate about the power of growth mindset, psychological safety and diversity of thought to deliver more – and hold coaching at the centre of our ways of working. • As a new year starts, it's always good to look forward and make plans - but it's also a good time to reflect and think about the year just gone. To help you take stock of 2024, and make a plan to thrive in 2025, here are some powerful coaching questions to reflect on. You can reflect on your own, perhaps write down your answers as a journal practise, or maybe you want to talk about these with a family member, colleague or friend. Whatever works for you, these questions will support you to learn, grow, develop and #ThriveIn25 #Reflections #Journalling #SelfDevelopment #EndOfYearReview

  • 🌟 New year, new you!! What a load of bobbins! 🌟 You don’t need a new you - you just need to be your best, most brilliant self! Often, the hardest challenge is losing sight of who you are and what’s important to you. We regularly talk to parents who’ve invested in their kids for several years - perhaps putting their career on a back burner. Once the kids are at school, they find themselves at an inflection point and don’t know what to do next and how to reignite their passions But if that’s too, you don’t need a “new toy” - you just need to reconnect with the real you That’s where “Back to School, Back to You” comes in! This is our unique programme to reconnect with your values and strengths, find out who you are and who you can be and make a clear plan for your next steps. We’re running this as a group and individual programme from February onwards. • Have you thought of your New Years Resolutions? Personally, we're not big fans of resolutions - they often seem binary and set you up to fail. Perhaps a better approach is to have new years intentions. Being intentional about your development, making tweaks to learn more and grow more can really help move you forward. Whatever you think about New Years' resolutions, thinking ahead about how you might want to focus your time and attention is always a good idea. • If you’re looking for some Christmas shopping inspiration (or something to read amongst the holiday down time), this week we've been sharing our reading gift recommendations. Our final recommendations are focused on self-development. Here are some great books to help individuals build self-awareness, face into their own unique challenges and become the best version of themselves. We’ve personally used these books time and time again and all come highly recommended - and if you’ve not discovered the Squiggly Careers podcast by Amazing If, check it out now - it's a game changer!! Any of these books make a perfect gift for someone in your life who needs some support to become the person they can be! #SelfDevelopment #HolidayReading #Coaching

  • If you’re looking for some Christmas shopping inspiration (or something to read amongst the holiday down time), throughout this week we're sharing our reading recommendations. Sometimes it’s hard to be it if you can’t see it, so hearing amazing stories of women who’ve blazed a trail can be inspiring. Today’s picks are all about and by fascinating, inspiring, brilliant women. One thing I noticed when pulling these lists together, many of the great “leadership” books are by men, which got me thinking - what are we missing? What are your recommendations of brilliant books by brilliant women? #DiversifyYourBookshelf #HolidayReading #WomenInLeadership
