Not meaning to boast or anything, but my out of office has been on for 2 weeks! 😎 Before I headed off to the sunny south of England, I delivered our annual Asda summer get together at our Britannia House home office building! Bringing together colleagues from our Asda Service Centre and People Services teams, for a fun afternoon in the sunshine, where they enjoyed amazing BBQ food, ice cream, and visited a variety of stalls. A huge thank you goes to my Colleague Voice reps who supported with the planning and on the day delivery, putting colleagues at the heart of everything we do. 💚 Thank you to the amazing suppliers who pulled out all the stops, and thank you to all of our colleagues who came along to enjoy the event. What a year!! From being a new operations manager starting up a brand new team, not really knowing what I was getting myself into.
