A milestone was achieved last month when we had our first team member attend all 24 SmartSaints sessions across our five development pathways. Hear about Charley Adams’ learning experience below. Tell us a little bit about yourself? “I have been in love with AllSaints since I discovered the brand at college and spent every day wishing I could afford to buy a leather jacket! When Covid hit, I considered what I wanted to do with my life so my work was always something I’d enjoy. I realised I could turn my passion for clothes (and shopping!) into a career. I signed onto the L4 in Buying and Merchandising at the Fashion Retail Academy. Working for AllSaints was instantly a goal. Two years later, I was offered to join the brand as an assistant merchandiser.” What prompted you to work through our SmartSaints pathways? “L&D has always been a focus for me. I love looking for ways to better myself for my own progression and to aid the people who work so hard around me. Once I joined AllSaints I was made aware of SmartSaints, signing on to do three sessions in my first month. I was in awe of how interesting, insightful and fun the L&D team made the sessions. The calming and inclusive nature allowed a safe space for open conversations about sometimes difficult topics. I’ve never felt that a team has supported each member of the company individually so much! Each pathway focussed on different areas I was keen to develop. It was also a lovely way to build relationships with colleagues across the world. It became a joy to attend the sessions - it was an hour I’d look forward to and I’d return to any task feeling refreshed. Attending all of the sessions within a year wasn’t an intention, but a testament to how useful & enjoyable I found them!” How has what you have learnt supported you in your role? “They provided emotional support and have enabled me to reflect on how I apply myself to different situations and around different colleagues. I’m a big advocate for mental health so learning more emotional intelligence is something I find key. The sessions aren’t role dependent but are skills you can apply to different situations. Retail is busy and in merchandising there are constant changes, so it was great how some sessions were focussed around coping with change, pressure and resilience, as well as practical skills like influencing and planning. I’ve gained masses of confidence. It’s been lovely to look back and see their impact on my development.“ What's your next learning goal? “I’m halfway through a leadership apprenticeship, so that’s my external learning focus until July! I’m thoroughly enjoying the course and how I can apply all the material to my day-to-day whilst also preparing me for a management role! It’s important to have work/life balance with learning too, for 2025 I’ve set myself the challenge to learn how to sew! I’ve had some hints that there will be new SmartSaints courses in 2025. I can’t wait to see what's next!” #WeAreAllSaints

Across the world, our teams have been getting in the festive spirit, enjoying Christmas celebrations with their teams. Our East London Studios team had their party last week, heading to a local Shoreditch venue where they danced the night away to London band, Sister and to DJ Dan Kraines. Our LA Studios team spent a day at Universal Studios, our North America DC colleagues had a pizza party and our UK DC team had a tasty menu to choose from including Yorkshire pudding Christmas dinner wraps! Our store teams receive a Christmas party budget so they can enjoy a team night out of their choice! We’ve loved hearing about the fun they’ve been having and the different activities that they choose to spend their budget on. The festive season is a busy one for all of our teams around the world so it's always special to step away from our shop floors, desks and packing stations to celebrate together and share our gratitude for everyone's hard work across the year. 2024 has brought many magical moments to celebrate. We’re excited for what’s to come next year. #WeAreAllSaints

We are lucky to have so many inspirational team members working across our brand. Today, hear from our North America distribution centre (DC) office manager, Deborah Sanchez. Learn about her AllSaints journey and her favourite things about the culture here below. Tell us a little bit about your AllSaints journey. "I began my journey with AllSaints in October 2022, introduced to the opportunity to become the office manager at the North America distribution centre by a friend. From the start, it felt like the perfect fit—an opportunity I knew I couldn’t pass up. Since joining, I’ve had the privilege of learning from various departments within the warehouse, which has deepened my appreciation for the incredible work we do. I’ve also built meaningful partnerships with the retail operations team, people & culture, and the many amazing vendors we collaborate with. One of the highlights of my role has been serving on the DEI committee, where I love contributing to initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging. I particularly enjoy organising and supporting celebrations at the DC, which bring our team together and create a vibrant workplace culture. I’m truly grateful to be part of the AllSaints family and excited about the opportunities ahead!" What do you find the most fulfilling aspect of your role? "There are many fulfilling aspects of my role, but what I value most is the opportunity to support recruitment here and assist in onboarding new AllSaints team members. I find this work especially rewarding because, to me, it represents growth—growth for the business and for personal development. I firmly believe that everyone has unique knowledge and experiences to share, and I’m constantly inspired by the opportunity to learn from those around me. Being part of this journey with new team members and watching their impact on our organisation is incredibly meaningful to me." What is your favourite thing about the culture at AllSaints? "What I love most about the culture at AllSaints is the trust and openness that defines our team. I feel comfortable approaching my peers with concerns, knowing we can have honest conversations and collaborate to find solutions together. It’s clear that we all have each other’s best interests at heart, working as one team toward shared goals. I’m also fortunate to be part of a team that actively supports my growth and development, cheering me on every step of the way. And, of course, it’s a bonus to work for a brand that makes every day enjoyable and inspiring." #WeAreAllSaints

It was feeling especially festive in our Brighton store yesterday as we hosted a dedicated event full of festive activities including our leather customisation station, a mulled wine bar and a fabulous prize draw for customers shopping with us that day. We coincided our event with a late night shopping night in Brighton Lanes, so we were delighted to have lots of customers stop by to enjoy the festive atmosphere that our Brighton team and our Christmas playlist helped to create! A big thank you to Charlotte Till, Lucy Hall and our Brighton store dream team lead by Alex Lee, Dominika Lysiakova, Jay Goldsmith and Katie Todd whose efforts ensured it was a memorable event for both customer and colleague! #WeAreAllSaints

It's been a proud year for our brand under Peter’s leadership as we celebrated our 30th anniversary, continued to invest in our bricks-and-mortar presence across the world, grew our licensed product category offering and posted another record year's performance. Congratulations to Peter on this well deserved recognition. #WeAreAllSaints

We’ve loved celebrating our 30th anniversary this year and featuring many of our AllSaints Icons here across the past few months – team members who have contributed to our brands success for 10 or more years of our 30 year history. Today, meet senior stylist Nina, from our Manchester Arndale store who has been a member of the AllSaints team for 16 years and counting. Tell us a little bit about your AllSaints journey? “Hi I’m Nina, from Manchester, a proud northerner with a strong Mancunian accent! I started my journey back in 2008 in our Market Street store when I was only 20 years old. I got offered a full time position and was so excited but nervous at the same time as AllSaints was my first ever retail job! Our Manchester team has been incredible to be a part of throughout my 16 years with AllSaints. I started my journey in Market Street and then moved across with the team when we relocated to the Arndale Centre. I have so many memories to tell but we’d be here all day! The story of how I got my job was that my mum came home one evening from shopping and showed me what she had bought. It was a pirate cardigan and I loved it. At the time I was looking for a new job, my mum suggested I hand my CV in and the rest was history! I’ve worked my way up from stylist to senior stylist and now also get to play a big part in the store's visual merchandising, which I love getting involved with.” What's been your proudest moment as a member of the AllSaints team? "As I recently had my 16th anniversary in October (and the brand turned 30) I would have to say that spending it at our exclusive long service lunch in London has to be a career highlight. I know this might come as a surprise, but I'd never ever been to London in my life! So to get the opportunity to go and celebrate our success as a brand but also as a team was really special! Everyone was so lovely and inviting. I loved looking around the studios, seeing what happens behind the scenes. It was incredible!" What's made the culture one you've wanted to be a part of for 16 years and counting? "I couldn’t have got where I am today without working with incredible managers and colleagues. I always feel we are a big work family and I have so much fun every time I’m at work interacting with new customers and having great relationships with my regulars. I am also so thankful that AllSaints respect my work life balance. During my time here I’ve gotten married and had three beautiful children; Mason, Phoebe and my little rascal Mikey. AllSaints have always noticed my achievements, work ethic and made me feel that I am amazing at my job! I love that I come to AllSaints to work and it never feels like work! I've loved my 16 years here!" I also can’t forget the amazing leather jackets we’ve produced over the years! My go to and one of my oldest is the Balfern leather jacket! Unreal!” #WeAreAllSaints

We’re proud today to publish our Modern Slavery Statement 23/24. One of our four brand values is We Are Responsible - for us, this value stands for looking after each other, our suppliers, our customers, our communities and our planet. Our production and ESG teams have contributed significantly towards the work that has influenced the progress detailed in this year’s report. Hear more about this work from ESG manager Sally Williamson below: How does our 'We are Responsible' value guide the work of our ESG team? “ESG is such an important and impactful role within our business. We are the gatekeepers ensuring the partners and suppliers we work with are adhering to our policies and standards, and where required making improvements. We must be responsible, it is our core value and we wouldn't have it any other way. Taking responsibility, acknowledging our impacts and having strategic goals helps us to measure progress and keeps us accountable to action.” In partnership with our suppliers, what achievement are you most proud of this year and why? “Hopefully you've read our report, but I am so proud we are finally going to be sharing our tier 1 supply chain map publicly. We have spent nearly two years developing the map with Grouptree and we are all very proud with the information we will be disclosing. I hope our customers find the map informative and a step forward to being more transparent as a business.” What ESG goal for 2025 are you most excited about? “I am recently back from maternity leave so I feel everything is getting me excited! The landscape is forever changing, the amount of new legislations coming through are very complex and involve some significant change in the way we do business. I am very excited to start focusing on traceability - we have so much information, but sometimes our tools and resources can let us down. In 2025 I will be focusing on how we pull all this valuable data together - that is going to be very exciting for me to see our suppliers' data in one place and measure further down our supply chain.” #WeAreAllSaints

Last night Shelter hosted their annual Walk for Home event in Central London in aid of raising much needed funds to support those in need of a safe place to call home. As a proud partner of Shelter and the work they do, we were delighted to have a group of 16 AllSaints team members volunteer to don their festive Shelter hats and take part! The group have been fundraising across the past month, raising an impressive £3340 from their efforts. Each team member gave it their all, bringing plenty of great energy, conversation and smiles to encourage each other to the 10k finish line! Special mention must go to Carrie Goode who lead our London Warehouse Clearance Sale set up during the day and then donned her walking shoes in the evening for Shelter! If you’d like to work for a brand that encourages coming together to support those in need, you can check out our current opportunities today: https://lnkd.in/eTAi7j2d #WeAreAllSaints

As we approach the end of our Black Friday 30% off everything event, we’re inspired by the #OneTeam spirit that we’ve witnessed right across the promotion. CEO Peter Wood spent just over 48 hours at the end of last week on a number of planes, trains and automobiles so he could visit 16 of our store teams across the UK and Ireland. He also spent time with our distribution centre colleagues earlier in the week to thank them for all of their efforts. COO Catherine Scorey Jobling was with a number of our teams in our North America, East Coast district, Sharon Nicholson and her visual merchandising team have been supporting with our floor sets daily, Alex D. got stuck in with delivery in Brompton Road as well as spending time in our DC, and Rebecca Nye and Kaneez Rizvi were with our teams in the Midlands, UK. Our district manager teams lead by Francesca Mallinson have been on our shop floors with the teams each day, with our retail operations and profit protection colleagues supporting back of house. We’ve also had lots of East London and LA Studios teams lending a hand in their local stores on our busiest days! As well as those out and about in our stores, we’ve had many teams behind the scenes helping everything to run efficiently - whether its our merchandising teams ensuring we have the right stock in the right place, our technology and digital teams driving our website or our customer experience and brand protection teams helping our customers to have a positive Black Friday shopping experience - we’re so grateful for everyone. One of our four brand values is #OneTeam - what a team we’re lucky to have! #WeAreAllSaints

It’s been all systems go across our global distribution centres (DCs) this Black Friday promotion event! As well as processing all of our online orders and returns, our DC teams have been sending replenishment out to our stores and supporting our wholesale partners with shipping their orders. Our 30% off everything Black Friday event is a particularly busy time of year in each of our DCs but thanks to great teamwork and great preparation, they’ve been making it look easy! We’re so grateful for the pace and care that they put into each order and how they pull together to ensure things run so smoothly. They may operate behind the scenes, but they’re at the heart of everything we do at AllSaints - linking our customer to our product and creating lots of good feelings along the way! #WeAreAllSaints
