As a Customer Service Team Leader (CSTL), you’ll ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, manage escalations, oversee quality assurance, and support the development of our growing customer service team. 2️⃣ Lending Operations Team Leader Support the Head of Operations in building and managing our Lending Operations team. As a Lending Operations Team Leader (LOTL), you’ll lead Lending Support Officers (LSOs) as they assist Brokers and customers with the efficient, compliant, and accurate management of lending applications. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure applications are handled with precision and care, all while helping design and build new processes and procedures. With over three decades of experience in the financial services sector, David's leadership and regulatory expertise will be invaluable as we prepare for our full launch next year.   David brings a distinguished background, having served as Chief Operating Officer at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) — the predecessor to both the FCA and PRA — and as a Partner at PwC, where he focused on conduct, culture, financial risk, and regulatory matters.
