    Global expert in Project Controls

Thank you to Paul Baguley and The University of Manchester for having me to talk about Controls & Skills Authority, my career and really what happens in industry. The Controls & Skills Authority estimating and cost intelligence community of practice have helped the students this year with: - attending third year UG dissertation posters day - collaborated with third year UG dissertation projects through online interviews - collaborated on research projects with Post Graduate Researchers and academics leading to a conference publication - provided links to software companies providing students access to industry software for their societies and projects provided - low cost attendance to the annual conference for Masters students - use of the estimating CoP body of knowledge as a reference for study and research - use of the CoP webinar recordings as teaching material - networking opportunities for employability being online and in person We couldn’t do all of these without the passionate members of the CoP and giving back to the next generation. #givingback #projectcontrols #thenextgeneration
