A thoroughly enjoyable and productive trip to Australia. Fantastic to meet with some incredible businesses and understand their needs and challenges, covering projects from infrastructure, manufacturing, defence, retail and service industries. Key themes being: ▶️ The need to create simplicity from complexity when it comes to project environments. ▶️ Providing lead time improvements - at pace - to increase industry leading competitiveness. It was great to visit some great companies including Alstom KPMG Australia Convergence Consulting Thales TXM Lean Solutions along with the Global Sourcing Expo at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The people, as ever, were exceptional and we were blessed by some incredible Australian hospitality throughout. Particular thanks to Paul Harvey of GSE Hospitality Brokers and Kylie Jones / Scott Wallace of L&A for taking the time out to show us around Sydney and Melbourne. The African Music and Cultural Festival (AMCF) was simply brilliant!
