✨Happy New Year from all of us at the Ethical Supply Chain Program! 2024 was an important year for us and we have much more planned for 2025, entering the final year of our Family-Friendly Factory program ambition; to support 30,000 children through 100 Family-Friendly Spaces and publicly recognising 50 factories as Family-Friendly by the year's end. Looking forward to achieving more in 2025 and amplifying our positive collective impact.
Ethical Supply Chain Program
Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
To create a better life for supply chain workers worldwide
About us
The Ethical Supply Chain Program was founded by the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI), but now champions integrity and sustainability across a wide range of manufacturing sectors. We facilitate communication, certification and cooperation between manufacturers, suppliers and retailers in a worldwide network with transparency at its core. But we’re much more than an ethical rubber stamp, our program is a commitment to respect, fairness and inclusivity. Together, we can create a better life for workers worldwide.

2024 has been an incredible year for the Ethical Supply Chain Program! In addition to expanding the scale of our Family-Friendly Factory program, Worker Helpline service, and developing collaborative solutions to upcoming regulations; In February this year, we announced our renaming and in October, we celebrated 20 years in operation! 🎄 Over this holiday season, we'd like to reflect on our achievements over the past twenty years and look to build aspirations for the next twenty. None of this would be possible without the support of our members, supporters and community. ✨ Happy Holidays everyone and we look forward to driving more positive impacts with you in the new year and beyond!

Today is #HumanRightsDay, an important day for rights-holders and responsible businesses globally. Just under two weeks ago members of our team attended the United Nations 13th Forum on Business & Human Rights, where it was revealed in Noelia (She/Her) Pacharotti's panel session that “90% of the world’s most influential companies are failing to ensure human rights”. This is simply not good enough, influential companies must use their influence responsibly. The Ethical Supply Chain Program is a not-for-profit providing businesses with transparency tools, services and assessments to do business responsibly.
