🎉 Holidays came early - and ahead of schedule! 🎉 Today, just after lunch, Kristina Hjortskov Christensen looked up from her screen and announced the incredible news: "Our QMS is done!" As a medical device company, reaching this critical milestone is no small feat. Completing it ahead of schedule makes us all just so much prouder! Our QMS is now fully implemented in Qualio as our eQMS, and we’re now ready to focus on organisational rollout. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this achievement, and a special shoutout to Kristina Hjortskov Christensen for her unwavering dedication in powering us through to this achievement. What a way to close out the year! 🥳

Kristian Klok Pedersen loves to say that ambition and optimism go hand in hand. You can be optimistic without ambition, but let’s face it—it’s pretty hard to be ambitious if you’re not at least a little delusionally optimistic. Case in point: We thought we could squeeze in a couple of hours of meetings in Struer at Sound Hub Denmark, crank out a video shoot, kindly arranged by BETA.Health and Styrvolt at the Aarhus office, then head straight down to Gin & Tech at Navitas to set up a booth, pitch, and network like pros. Spoiler: we did it all (sort of). Missing the last ferry and doing the legendary drive of shame back to Copenhagen was not on our bucket list though... Was it ambitious? Definitely. Optimistic? Absolutely. Would we do it all again? Only if someone else than Jannik Andersen is driving. Just having returned from an amazing few days at Bits & Pretzels in Munich, kindly getting invited to meet the excellent people behind health.tech conference followed a great day at the Aarhus Investor Summit I cannot help feel more energised and determined to push onwards alongside the Zeta Diagnostics team. We constantly meet people who either have experienced middle ear problems themselves or have close family that have. Some stories are heartbreaking and some have happy endings. Either way we get smarter for every person we speak with. Connecting online names to real world faces, getting cheered onwards by friends, such as the highly over-performing Aarhus ecosystem, and getting the opportunity to talk with amazing people, pitch, present and connect is a rare privilige. Being part of the science startup ecosystem not only provides insights, fundraising and business support. Staff members and startup buddies from The Kitchen - AU Erhverv og Innovation, BioInnovation Institute and INCUBA A/S have been volunteering in great numbers to help us advance science and gather valuable data for our clinical trials. This data will ultimately help Zeta Diagnostics help 400 million people suffering from middle ear problems worldwide. What a way to spend a day! Thanks everyone! Listen up! We are looking for participants with healthy ears for our exploratory clinical trial: Pilot project with continuous acoustic impedance measurement - is it relevant? We are very happy to have received approval from the ethical committee (Project ID: 1-10-72-42-24)  to conduct our very first clinical trial. What does it take to participate? Healthy ears. If you are between 18-59 years old, non-smoker and do not have any problems with your ears, you might be eligible to participate!
