  • Proud to be partnered with Generate KiwiSaver Scheme! Our mutual clients have achieved some massive growth this year. 9.21% in Defensive to 29.72% in Focused Growth as well as a great long term track record which can make all the difference for that first home deposit and retirement. If you or someone you know would like to review their KiwiSaver, get in touch! 2025 is only 27 days away. * Past performance is one year return to 31st October 2024 and is not a reliable indicator of future performance. * Disclosure available at https://lnkd.in/g9SHHQyn

We are ‘wrapped’ with some of our stats for 2024, and none of this would have been possible without our Generate members, team, and adviser network all around New Zealand. We also couldn’t forget our favourite podcasts of the year. The issuer is Generate Investment Management Ltd. A copy of the Product Disclosure Statement and advertising disclosures are available at https://lnkd.in/gCjGX3gv

  • Good news? "Inflation fell in the September quarter to its lowest rate in more than three years — and if not for rent rises and council rates, the price slowdown would have been even more dramatic. Inflation fell to 2.2% year-on-year, well below the June quarter and also slightly below consensus forecasts of 2.3%." Reality... ANZ senior economist Miles Workman sounded a note of caution around elevated domestic inflation. “Headline CPI inflation falling back into the 1%-3% band may represent a key psychological threshold for policymakers and RBNZ watchers. But should the RBNZ break out the bubbly now annual inflation has a two-handle?” he said. “We hate to be party poopers, but non-tradeable inflation is still way too high, meaning if the sound of corks popping does resonate through the RBNZ building next week, they’ll be celebrating global disinflation progress just as much as their own. Domestic disinflation does appear poised to continue, but there’s still a way to go.”

Welcome Ken Knight to TAP! Ken has nearly a decade of experience in the finance sector, including retail banking and as a KiwiSaver adviser at Generate. He has since established his own FAP, Zeal, where he works closely with New Zealanders to help them grow their net worth. Ken shared his reasons for choosing TAP: "I chose TAP because they had a solution for my situation. After exploring various options with other aggregators, TAP stood out as the most helpful, delivering on their promises. I appreciate the support, which gives me the confidence to do business, knowing I’m meeting my license obligations."
