  • We believe in you having control over your recording process, your note creation and how you share them. This is why we don't hand over power to a meeting bot. But we would love your thoughts on what you love/loathe about meeting bots and the other platforms you use.

I don't really feel like hanging out with Fred, Otto, Clara, Amy or "Notetaker" without you there. 😆 I have joined quite a few meetings recently where the person's AI notetaker arrives before them. In fact a few times the person didn't turn up so I hung out awkwardly with their bot- not knowing whether I should just leave the meeting and reject their virtual friend. At Contented we believe you should be in control of how and when you record a meeting. And how you disperse the notes. Nothing automated (as this increases the risk). That's why we have focused heavily on in person meetings and connections. You simply record the meeting on your phone or device and then upload and transcribe in Contented. With online meetings we decided to move away from creating a bot- it is you making the decision to record. Or recording directly through your meeting platform. You choose when you want to create outputs, which ones to choose and who needs to see them. Other people can do this on your behalf too (like a team coordinator)- but you are in control. Always. I know some people love a meeting bot though- would love your viewpoints on this and the benefits. Or are you more interested in the amazing outputs rather than the method of recording and creating? ⭐ At Contented, effortlessly transform your conversations into actionable insights and content. Simply record, upload, transcribe, and access 42 output options—ranging from meeting insights to user-focused outputs and marketing materials. 🌟 Try it for free at www.contentedai.com—even a quick 5-minute brainstorm recorded on your voice app can spark incredible results!

  • 🎅 It's time for most of us to switch off from work. However so many of our customers have shared how they will be using Contented over the holiday period we wanted to share some ideas. Because amazing conversations happen outside of work as well right? 🎄 Here are 5 of our favourite ideas: 1. Interview an elderly family member about their life. Ask a younger family member to act as a journalist- writing 5 questions they would love to ask. Record on your phone and then upload into Contented. Once transcribed our favourite buttons for a family interview are "key themes", "write up", "references" and "deep dive". 2. Go for a walk on the beach or forest and brain dump all of your ideas and thoughts about the year that has been and the year ahead. A SWOT is a great output button for this- as well as the musings button. 3. Have a financial planning chat with your partner or as a family. Set some goals and review what has worked in the past year and what has been hard. Once in Contented the "decision log" and "risk matrix" are two of our picks for this type of conversation. 4. Have a wellness chat with a friend- record yourself talking about what has worked and what you would like to do more of. Be vulnerable and open and see what gems you can pull out- you both might take completely different things from the conversation. Use the LinkedIn article button to create some content! 5. Put a YouTube video into Contented- choose a weird or wacky topic or something you are interested in. One of our customers recently chose David Attenboroughs documentary on Death which was apparently wonderful to draw insights from. The Q&A button is great for this purpose (along with many others). So there's 5 wonderful ways to use Contented this Xmas. ❣️ From our team to yours- have a happy holidays and thanks for all of your support. Bring on 2025!

  • Contented advisor and tech visionary, Peter Loforte, recently joined the latest episode of Life with Machines, hosted by Baratunde. He shared how he serendipitously met Lucy and Hannah last year while on holiday in New Zealand. It’s hard to overstate the impact he's had on our journey since then. From the very beginning, he’s been a hands-on advisor—always generous with his time, insights, and expertise. We’re fortunate to have him in our corner. In the episode he takes a fascinating look back at his early days with AI, from experimenting with neural networks in the 1980s to his time working on Microsoft’s Clippy assistant. He also shares insights from his recent endeavours, including creating AI assistants and collaborating with startups and innovators in the field. Check out the episode here: https://lnkd.in/g4CSyqni

  • Thank you so much for having Contented at the Women in Tech Christchurch event last month. It’s been amazing to see the valuable conversations and connections that came out of it. From sharing our story and journey, to navigating the realities of building a business and the sacrifices along the way, we covered a lot in the session. We shared our mission and belief that human connection matters more than ever. While many AI meeting tools aim to cut down meeting times and drive efficiency, we take a different approach - encouraging deeper, more thoughtful discussions. Whether they happen around a boardroom table or at a family dinner, our users consistently tell us that every conversation holds value. A huge thanks to Maia Churichkova and the team at Crescent Consulting (NZ) for putting together such a fantastic event. We're also thankful for the incredible engagement on LinkedIn afterwards - your support and enthusiasm made it all the more special. Hannah Hardy-Jones Lucy Pink

We envision a world where people talk to each other more. Where talking and connecting becomes the number 1 task of every day. Value comes from talking. Not automation. Contented isn’t about cutting meetings, sending in avatars, automating summaries. Its about creating rich value from every conversation. Every spoken word becomes invaluable when you use Contented.

  • We're stoked to have Charlie Porter join our engineering team 🎉 In just a few short weeks, he has hit the ground running, contributing his talents alongside Mia as they develop what’s shaping up to be the most secure voice memo app out there. The goal is simple: capturing important conversations should be easy and secure, so you can focus on what matters most–turning them into insights, actions, and meaningful outcomes. #ContentedAI #ConversationIntelligence

  • Thinking about making the leap to fractional leadership? 🤔 Recently, Hannah sat down with fractional HR leader Tracie Sponenberg for a quick chat about the growing trend of fractional leadership. Using Contented, Hannah turned this conversation into a LinkedIn article packed with actionable insights for anyone considering this career shift. A standout takeaway from Tracie: “The best transitions happen when you’re running to something, not from.” Success in fractional leadership is about designing your next chapter with clarity and intention—not just escaping corporate life. • Congratulations on this amazing achievement Gill Slaughter, and thank you for the mention—it’s brilliant to see Contented being used in such an impactful way. How did she do it? Gill conducted interviews with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, from front-line nurses to prominent figures like Sir Ashley Bloomfield. Through these conversations, she surfaced some valuable insights and analysis with the help of Contented. We’re excited to see the final results and the impact they’ll have. If you're passionate about healthcare and want to stay updated on Gill's research, connect/follow Gill below—she has some incredible insights on the way.

Combining people, insights & strategy for better solutions to complex challenges. Passionate about inclusive, culturally sensitive processes, I drive collective action for societal wellbeing.

I’m relieved and excited to share a first glimpse at my latest research findings - driven by one simple idea: what can we learn from positive stories of success in our health and wellbeing sector to enable more of these fantastic innovations to occur? Essentially, what’s in the water and can we bottle it, at scale?   I'm exploring what is possible when we combine the power of individual stories with the prowess of AI tools. Special mention to Lucy Pink at Contented, for generously sharing her expertise in AI with me. This research pioneered an emerging approach to qualitative research and I’m looking forward to publishing more in-depth findings soon.  While the themes are certainly not surprising, the conversations revealed innovations for creating a more effective and equitable healthcare system. I’d love your thoughts and comments - plus any links to other research in this field.  And of course, I can't express enough how grateful I am for the generosity of all 47 wonderful interviewees who shared their personal stories, time and wisdom. I won't tag you all here, but you were all absolute legends, ka mau te wehi!! 👏 🙏 🥳 #innovation #healthandwellbeing #storiesofsuccess #healthequity #AI #humanstories
