💡 Bude AI řídit starost o zdraví a poskytování zdravotní péče nás všech? 💡 Jakým způsobem mohou nové technologie implementované v produktech InterSystems pomoci s generováním strukturované dokumentace? 🗝 I s takovými dotazy a tématy k diskusi jsme se potkali v průběhu v pořadí třetího workshopu odborníků ve zdravotnictví, které se uskutečnilo v prostorách společnosti InterSystems na pražském Pankráci ve středu 24.dubna 2024. Měl jsem příležitost moderovat setkání s názvem Sekundární využití dat v českém prostředí: Výzvy a příležitosti EHDS, které proběhlo ve stejný den se schvalováním EHDS regulace v Evropském parlamentu. ❗ A rozhodně bylo o čem mluvit. Dr. Rami Riman představil vizi a realizace v oblasti Disease managementu v několika zemích v regionu EMEA. Po přednášce pana MUDr. Martin Černý z ÚVN Praha na téma použití umělé inteligence v českých nemocnicích k extrakci strukturované dokumentace, vysvětlil pan Riman, jakým způsobem AI asistuje při tvorbě strukturované dokumentace v nemocničním informačním systému TrakCare, a jakým způsobem bude implementován v rodině produktů HealthShare, což vzbudilo velmi bouřlivé diskuse mezi zástupci poskytovatelů péče v kuloárech. ❗ Dr. Qi Li se dlouhodobě zabývá výzkumem a sekundárním využitím klinických dat, a v jeho příspěvku jsme se mohli dozvědět něco více o tvorbě OMOP platformy s využitím FHIR-to-OMOP transformací, kde OMOP je datový standard určený na práci s pacientskými kohortami právě v klinickém výzkumu. Dalším tématem byla spolupráce s Národním onkologickým registrem SEER v USA a použití InterSystems HealthShare pro navržení neuronové sítě s tzv. Real-world-data. ❗ Dr. Erion Dasho poté představil projekty integrované péče v německých nemocnicích, a to nejen jako součást tzv. SMITH konsorcia, ale i ve velkých soukromých řetězcích, kde SANA či MediClinic jsou představiteli vysoce inovativních poskytovatelů v regionu Německa a Švýcarska využívající interoperabilní data ke zvýšení standardu péče či Population Health Managementu. Setkání vygenerovalo mnoho zajímavých témat v následné moderované diskusi i během skvělého oběda, který následoval. Děkuji velmi všem kolegům přednášejícím, i celému týmu InterSystems, kteří se podíleli na organizaci výslovně pak Michaela G., Ondřej Hoferek a daniel kutac.
