Innofactor announces changes to the Executive Board. Innofactor has appointed three new members to its Executive Board, effective January 1, 2025: Marko Lybeck, Vesa Niinistö, and Jyrki Vepsäläinen. They join the current members, Sami Ensio (CEO), Anni Wahlroos, Jørn KS Ellefsen and Martin Söderlind. Lybeck, Niinistö, and Vepsäläinen were previously in charge of Innofactor's Finnish business units. Throughout 2024, Innofactor focused on developing a new strategy for the 2025–2030 period. At the heart of the company is innovating to make the world work better. Innofactor's Board of Directors has appointed Anni Wahlroos as Deputy CEO for Innofactor Group as of November 25, 2025. She will continue as the Chief People Officer of the Innofactor Group and as a member of the Group's Executive Board, reporting to CEO Sami Ensio. Wahlroos has been with Innofactor since 2015 and has been a member of the Group’s Executive Board since 2022. "I am grateful and humbled by the trust placed in me. At Innofactor, we have the most amazing professionals and clients in the Nordic countries, and it has been a joy and an honor to do my dream job with them for the past ten years. This prestigious certification underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security. ⭐   The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification covers a wide range of requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational information. We have also successfully completed our external audits conducted from November 11 to 14, 2024.
