The SPACE-F Batch 5 program has culminated with our Incubator Demo Day. This event showcases startups from the Incubator track, who have benefited from expert guidance and diverse experiences throughout the program. Now equipped and ready, they present their FoodTech innovations and achievements to an audience of 180 attendees, including investors, individuals passionate about the food industry, and undergraduate students from the Food Science & Technology program at Mahidol University International College (MUIC). At the event, 10 startups delivered captivating presentations, showcasing their groundbreaking innovations and food technologies. These presentations aimed to propel their businesses forward and create new opportunities for those in the food industry to develop a deeper understanding of the FoodTech Ecosystem. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Krithpaka Boonfueng, Executive Director of the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization), and Assoc. Prof. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Ph.D., Vice President for Research Mahidol University. Furthermore, the Demo Day provided a platform for SPACE-F alumni, Assistant Professor Metha Meetam, Ph.D., Founder & Chief Technology Officer , Advanced GreenFarm to share their inspiring success stories and experiences, offering invaluable insights to attendees. The 9 startups in the Incubator track and 1 startup in the accelerator track include: 1. Full Circle: Developer of Thailand's first reusable packaging solution to reduce single-use packaging. 2. Another Food: Coffee products made from plant cells using advanced plant cell cultivation technology. 3. Cantrak: Software for the food and agriculture industries, designed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by tracking processes from cultivation to harvesting and production. 4. Nanozeree: Dietary supplements containing probiotics and prebiotics, developed with nano encapsulation technology. 5. Anuvi Food Sciences: Food ingredients derived from microorganisms in the ethanol industry, fermented into microprotein. 6. Algrow Biosciences: High-protein ingredients from algae, produced through clean and nutrient-rich extraction innovations. 7. 21 Flavour: Pet food products made using fermentation technology to enhance flavors and utilize agricultural by-products. 8. Beijing BangyaBangya Technology: Beverage products made from peanut sprouts that help prevent hangovers. 9. KronoLife: Anti-aging supplements and cosmetics targeting senescent cells for improved skin health. 10. SEATOBAG: Developer of microbial-based essential nutrients for aquaculture feed to enhance digestion and absorption in aquatic animals.
