We started Doctor Raksa in 2016 with the goal of revolutionizing the healthcare industry in Thailand, by providing access to affordable, convenient, and on-demand mobile-based healthcare. Over the past 5 years, we had carefully selected more than 1,000 of Thailand's top doctors from all specialties to practice on our platform, and serve the healthcare needs of hundreds of thousands of patients remotely. Your trust and support have helped us to become the largest telehealth platform in Thailand with more than 1 million patients. Like us, Doctor Anywhere is on a mission to deliver seamless and quality healthcare through technology and innovation. The merger will further strengthen our commitment to our mission. Our combined expertise will strengthen our infrastructure and tech capabilities to deliver high-quality healthcare to a wider audience within Thailand. Tapping on the strong B2B relationships of Doctor Anywhere, our healthcare providers will also have access to a larger pool of users on both platforms.
