At Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, we believe that empowering communities starts with supporting our associates and their families. Through programs like Unlad Kabuhayan in partnership with TESDA, we extend opportunities for livelihood development to the families of our Coca-Cola Tigers.   From cooking and baking to creating home essentials, participants gain practical skills that open doors to starting small businesses or reducing household expenses. Mentorship is the cornerstone of growth and empowerment, and our final Women KOnnect session of the year was a testament to that.   This inspiring event focused on fostering safe spaces and supporting women’s career growth through mentorship and leadership development. With powerful insights from our panel—Arman Gayanes, Ann Margaret Santiago, and April Apsay—participants on-site and virtually from all over our sites, explored how mentorship drives inclusivity and builds future women leaders at CCBPI.

We believe that an active lifestyle is essential to overall well-being. Our recent Sportsfest was a celebration of wellness, teamwork, and camaraderie, bringing our Coca-Cola Tigers together for a time of friendly competition and connection.   From basketball and volleyball to badminton, darts, and chess, it was incredible to see their skills and energy in action beyond the workplace. Through this initiative, we continue to champion an active and connected workforce!
