Whether it’s generating new business ideas or creating engaging content, the possibilities are endless. Plus, I’ve learned how to use AI tools to boost my productivity and enhance my personal branding – who knew AI could be so handy? 2x Certified Data Analyst || Power BI || Excel || SQL || Python || Volunteer || Empowering informed decisions through data-driven insights

I am excited to share that I’ve earned my Data Analytics Certificate from ALX GHANA!!! 🎉 This journey was a mix of hard work, growth, and discovery. I mastered tools like #GoogleSheets, #SQL and #PowerBI. My learning not just showed me how to analyze data but how to solve real problems and share insights in a way that truly makes sense. One of the most exciting parts was diving into projects about Maji Ndogo. From digging into the city’s history to figuring out its water fund challenges, every project was a fun, brain-teasing adventure that made me see how data can change the game. So thankful to alx_africa for pushing me to grow and #DoHardThings. I am already putting these skills to work. Big things are coming, so stay tuned. #ALXDataAnalytics #ALXLevelUp #ALX_DA_C4_Grad2024

Brand and Communications || I help create and brand businesses and brands in writing, designing and content production || Digital Forensics Enthusiast || ALX Fellow || Tech Savvy

This year, I had the opportunity to take an 8-week virtual assistantship program with #ALX #AiCE. What started as a quest to gain new skills became a transformative journey of unlearning, learning, and growth. Here’s what I learned, how these lessons have impacted my work as a content curator and IT professional, and how they might benefit you, regardless of your field. During the program, I tackled a range of tasks, including: ✅Travel planning and research ✅Managing inboxes and calendars ✅Writing minutes and transcribing ✅Creating presentations and managing projects ✅Stakeholder engagement and expense tracking These practical experiences weren’t just about ticking off tasks. They taught me vital soft skills that apply across professions: 💡Growth mindset 💡Proactive communication 💡Organization 💡Confidentiality and discretion 💡Time management 💡Adaptability 💡Emotional intelligence 💡Grit and resilience I also honed my use of powerful tools: 📌Google Suite for seamless collaboration 📌Trello, Asana, and Notion for task and project management 📌Canva for creating engaging visuals 📌Grammarly for polished writing 📌AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for research and idea generation These skills and tools have significantly enhanced how I plan, execute, and track my projects. For example: 1️⃣Content planning: I organize my ideas more efficiently, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. 2️⃣Inbox management: Labels and categories keep my Gmail clean and easy to navigate. 3️⃣Task tracking: Tools like Trello ensure I complete projects on time. Budgeting and planning: Personal and professional goals are more structured. 4️⃣Sharing knowledge: Friends and colleagues often ask for tech help, and it can be rewarding to introduce them to tools like Notion or Asana. The good news? These skills aren’t just for virtual assistants. They’re universal. If you’re a professional juggling tasks, here’s how these ideas could help: ⭐Inbox overwhelmed? Try creating labels or categories. ⭐Too many tasks? Use Trello or Asana to keep things organized. ⭐Need polished presentations or designs? Canva makes it easy. The best part? Many of these tools are free or low-cost, and learning them takes just a little time but delivers long-term benefits🤝. Whether you’re in business, education, or the creative industry, these skills can make your work smoother and more fulfilling. P.S. What’s one tool, skill or technique that’s improved your workflow this year🙃? Let me know—I’d love to learn from you too! #growth #linkedwithmabeldarko

Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor: 2024 taught me something powerful about leadership—it's not about choosing between corporate success and community impact. It's about bridging the gap between them. When I launched The Unplug and Recharge Initiative's Senior High School Tour, I wasn't just starting another program. I was proving that corporate expertise could fuel social change. Every workshop and every conversation with students at Elite College, showed me how desperately our youth need mental health support. Key milestones that shaped our impact: • The Unplug and Recharge Initiative reached 100+ students in its first phase • Completing two programs with ALX GHANA • Completed McKinsey Forward Program while serving as YALI coach • Expanded mental health advocacy to multiple schools • Transformed from participant to coach at YALI Regional Leadership Center Three posts that captured our journey: "Reflections on the Rise of NGOs" On the evolution of social impact and authentic leadership "NGOs have transitioned from being a means to drive social change to becoming personal platforms for advancement" https://lnkd.in/dtQUibk5 "Why Is It So Hard to Say No?" On the importance of boundaries in leadership "The fear of disappointing others often outweighs our need to protect ourselves" https://lnkd.in/dAkHEqYY "A Reflective Experience as a Coach" On the transformation from mentee to mentor https://lnkd.in/dTbUurR4 Looking ahead: 2025 will be about scaling The Unplug and Recharge Initiative while strengthening our corporate partnerships. Mental health support shouldn't be a luxury—it's a necessity for building resilient communities. To every young leader feeling torn between corporate success and social impact: You don't have to choose. The skills that drive business growth can fuel community transformation. The key is finding your bridge. #MentalHealthAwareness #YouthDevelopment #Leadership #SocialImpact #LinkedInRewind #2024wrapped

Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: The wrong deal will crash your venture, but the right partnerships will define your journey. This year proved it across the Middle East & Africa innovation ecosystem. Leading innovation at Djembe Consultants taught me that sustainable growth requires more than funding - it demands strategic partnerships and clear communication. Some Impact Highlights: ✓ Launched Accelerate with Djembe for the MEA region ✓ Strengthened Djembe's French communications division to bridge markets ✓ Hosted a partnership-focused session at Ghana Digital & Innovation Week ✓ Powered ecosystem support via partnerships with Impact Hub Dakar, LaStartupStation, ALX GHANA & Kosmos Innovation Center Ghana ✓ Worked with Womenpreneur-Initiative to make the first Womenpreneur Tour Africa in Ghana a reality. Two (2) insights that resonated most with my community: "The Wrong Deal Will Crash Your Venture" Do what your conscience is comfortable with, not what figures dictate https://lnkd.in/dBQedwYx "There is More Beyond the Cash" Cash is king but goodwill is god - partnerships provide value beyond the next bill https://lnkd.in/dhWCPa-q 2025 - Committed to powering innovation with storytelling. #entrepreneurship #gillesametepe #advisory #LinkedInRewind #2024wrapped
