Yesterday was an incredible day at the #SwissCorporateWellbeingSummit! Six months of effort came together at the stunning On Labs in Zurich, where the On team (big kudos to Alessandra Del Pino, Rachele Airoldi, and Samuel Wenger who made it possible) hosted the Summit in the same building where Roger Federer announced his retirement from tennis a few years ago. 86 senior leaders from 41 of the region’s top employers gathered to discuss the theme: “#GetUnstuck: Turning Wellbeing Ambition into Action.” Some highlights: Our CEO Vlad Gheorghiu kicked off with a personal story on overcoming mental health challenges and founding Kyan Health, now the European leader in corporate wellbeing. Jacqui Brassey, PhD, MA, MAfN 🎗️ (née Schouten) from McKinsey Health Institute delivered a powerful keynote on the science of organizational health, burnout, and the critical role of HR and People leaders in driving change. Jacqui showed that wellbeing isn’t just a soft topic—effective measurement is not only possible but essential to take action! Flora Bami connected emotionally with participants, sharing her journey on how small, consistent changes lead to big, meaningful outcomes. She introduced the concept of “Sage Powers” to unlock flow and drive transformation. Case studies from On and STADA Group showcased their global wellbeing programs, built in partnership with Kyan Health. Rachele Airoldi and Alessandra Del Pino showcased how they reached over 45% of their people in just two years with an ROI of 10x, while Ann Marie Schneider from STADA shared how wellbeing champions can drive change across 50+ countries for 12,000 employees. Dr Els van der Helm energized the crowd with her session on “Sleeping Your Way to the Top.” Did you know that a sleep debt of just a few hours can impact performance as much as being legally drunk? Sleep is the untapped first step in boosting wellbeing! We wrapped up with a vibrant panel featuring Cristina Istria (Schueffel) from AstraZeneca, Nandita Debur from Kuoni Tumlare, and Jasmine Fitzpatrick from FIFA, discussing leadership buy-in, budget allocation, and launching and sustaining wellbeing programs globally.
