The proposed share consolidation and open offer, backed by major investors Darren Morcombe, Pierre Lassonde, Thomas Dunn, Valentin Doronichev, and Carlo R. Centonze underwriting approximately 95% of the total amount, provides eligible shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for new shares.
