Same day, every year, Dec 3rd, #dentsuRomania breaths, lives and dresses purple (or just a touch) in solidarity with The International Day of Persons with Disabilities. We acknowledge the approx. 860,000 people with disabilities (4,5%) in our country and for the second year in a row, we joined #PurpleNightRomania2024 powered by Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce (RDCC). If last year we lit up our 11 Enescu office building in purple, this time we chose to organize an internal awareness event. Following The Code success from last year, when #dentsuCroatia and Heineken partnered with the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb providing students practical digital mkt experience with focus on the Karlovačko brand, this year we came back to select their best works based on two semesters of mentorship with professors and industry experts. Vjekoslav Srednoselec and Sabina Lesar, our colleagues from Dentsu Croatia provided valuable insights and support, adding an additional layer of industry expertise to the project. The Code is #dentsu youth support program that connects experts from the advertising industry with students, to transfer their expertise and knowledge through joint projects and collaborations.
