This summit was such an intensive all inclusive for developing myself personally & technically through active listening, constant sharings & engaging myself in discussions. 🥇Workshops day outcome: 1- All about the P&G way & strategy and why P&G is the birthplace of CEO’s. 1- Brand Building & Sales Strategy 2- Career/Interview Guidance & Tips 3- Overview of Commercial and case study debriefing A whole day of wholesome workshops delivered by leaders and directors in P&G including the GM Kareem Yassin , the Sales Director Assem Youssef , the Talent Acquisition leader Alaa Amer & the Director of Egypt Supply Network Operations Ramy Safwat ✨ Here, started a 4-day rollercoaster journey dedicated to research, learning, innovation, collaboration, and dedication We were assigned random groups to solve a real-life case study and 4 days later presenting our solutions to a panel of P&G leaders. 📑Case-Study Solving Process Outcome: 1- Market Research & eye to details 2- Business Superiority Strategies & Brand Building (Marketing) 3- Data Analytics & Financial Aspects 4- Customer Centric Mentality 5- Collaboration & Diversity 6- The Art of Debate 7- Creativity And even more!!! This week, we had the privilege of bringing together 90+ bright university students from across Egypt for our Winter Internship Summit—an event dedicated to learning, collaboration, and hands-on experience. Throughout the summit, students took part in workshops on brand building, sales strategies, data science, and supply chain management, gaining insights into the latest industry trends. The students were also assigned random groups and were challenged with a real-life case study, giving them the opportunity to work in a diverse environment and present their solutions to a panel of P&G leaders. It was inspiring to see their creativity and dedication, and we had the pleasure of celebrating the winning teams during the closing ceremony. As a supply chain intern, I’ll dive into a case study for a new product, applying strategic thinking to streamline processes, improve delivery, and create value for customers.
