About the job :
Content Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various channels (website, blog, social media, newsletters). Create and oversee the production of engaging content, including articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts, tailored to the target audience. Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to create promotional materials, event recaps, and highlight reels.
Media Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the industry. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials to promote events and company initiatives. Coordinate and manage media coverage at events, including interviews, press conferences, and media tours.
Public Relations:
Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's brand image and increase visibility. Manage crisis communication strategies and respond to public and media inquiries. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning and thought leadership.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platforms to ensure the company remains relevant and innovative.
Event Promotion & Marketing:
Collaborate with the accounts team to develop promotional campaigns for events, including digital, print, and experiential marketing. Coordinate with event sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to maximize promotional efforts. Manage event-related content and communications, including invitations, announcements, and follow-ups.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
collaborate with cross-functional teams both inside the company and outside, including accounts, creative teams and external PR entities to develop plans based on company pipeline and communication objectives. Set clear objectives and performance metrics for communication and brand presence, providing regular feedback and support.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content, media, and PR initiatives. Use analytics tools to measure the impact of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
