Role Overview: This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Grand Community located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, coordinating with clients and influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring that campaign goals are achieved. Additionally, the Account Manager will be involved in strategic planning and relationship building with clients and influencers Key Responsibilities: 1- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 2- Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop strategies to meet their needs while aligning with our company’s objectives. 3- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role.
