Role Overview: This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Grand Community located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, coordinating with clients and influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring that campaign goals are achieved. Additionally, the Account Manager will be involved in strategic planning and relationship building with clients and influencers Key Responsibilities: 1- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 2- Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop strategies to meet their needs while aligning with our company’s objectives. 3- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue. 4- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, addressing any issues that arise along the way. 5- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic advice and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role. Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Experience in our field is a plus. Why Join Us?
