This evolved into a series of 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 workshops across five business units in Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, and Taipei. By working closely with cross-functional teams, we cultivated a high-performance culture that transformed ASEANA’s operations.
