To help shape digital transformation in the social service sector, NCSS hosted a series of events and initiatives to support SSAs in adopting the Social Services Digitalisation Playbook. 💻 We hosted two transformative digital strategy workshops to help SSAs prioritise digital initiatives and design actionable roadmaps for the future. 📊 In collaboration with SUSS, we explored service user blueprints, empowering SSAs to identify gaps and enhance the service user experience. 🤝 We proudly introduced SWITCh – a collaborative community connecting social work and technology, brought to life with MSF, NCSS, NUS, OGP, and sector representatives. 🤖 Our NAISE community (Networking for AI Starters and Enthusiasts) also kicked off, bringing SSAs together to share innovative AI projects and ideas. These events mark an exciting step forward as we drive innovation and collaboration across the sector!
