This refined home honours The OWO’s rich history while setting a new standard for luxury and precision. Every detail reflects our dedication to timeless elegance, thoughtfully designed for those who appreciate both legacy and innovation. From the grand gallery—once traveled by bicycle messengers and now adorned with hand-crafted crystal chandeliers by Sans Souci and a stunning tapestry—visitors are immersed in an ambiance of refined sophistication. The master suite, with a full-height Rubelli upholstered headboard in serene neutrals and deep blues, invites peaceful slumber, while the guest and third bedrooms echo this tranquility, incorporating nostalgic touches like a tapestry headboard with scenes of the English countryside. Introducing the HBA Residential designed Amali Island, an exclusive selection of private villas located on the World Islands, Dubai. An intimate retreat which reflects the opulence and vibrancy of this remarkable location. HBA Residential were invited to deliver our extensive design expertise on these unique and special beachfront residences. A bespoke concept focusing on natural wellness and exquisite interior detailing, the talented team, led by Global Creative Director Scott McNeely, worked closely with the client, resulting in the formation of a lifestyle product immersed in nature, as an indulgent act of self-care. “Amali is a project of exceptional experiences. The location, the arrival, the exclusivity and an interior design concept crafted from this unique and alluring place. A natural and wonderful sense, elevated by a design that focuses on texture, light and well-being.” Scott McNeely, Global Creative Director, HBA Residential. The 24 Amali Island Villas seamlessly blend natural luxury with modern elegance. Spanning an impressive 670,354 square feet, Amali Island boasts an expansive discovery, offering up to 50 metres of private beachfront for each residence, revelling in the tranquilly of the shoreline. Each beachfront villa comes complete with its own private berth, ensuring effortless access to the azure waters and desired escapism. The vistas not only encompass the ocean, but also the wondrous Dubai Skyline and Palm Jumeirah. HBA Residential's internal visualisation team provided CGI's for this project, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in bringing the vision to life. The interior design is experienced in many scales and forms; from the celebration of volume, natural light and a focus of the breath-taking views within the arrival lobbies, to the sense of quality and consideration in the material selections and bespoke furniture and art selections. Providing a basis for personalisation and integration of the client's own uniqueness. “The entire interior design was constructed to provide the ideal visual experience: a natural, focused and unobstructed sight line within the spaces." An uplifting palette of Obelisco Travertine cut in soft waves combined with directional Cream Delicato, emphasise the attention to detail that the HBA Residential team are renowned for.
