Qollabi, making partners success predictable with mutual success planning.

🚀 Wrapping up 2024 on a high note! 🚀 I’m proud to announce a brand-new collaboration with group a (Belisol, Kwadro ramen en deuren) — one of Belgium’s most successful family businesses and a leading force in the window and door market. We’re kicking off this exciting partnership in early 2025, but we’ve already hit the ground running! We closed out the year with a dynamic workshop at Group A’s offices, where we aligned on our shared vision, strategy, and key objectives for the upcoming year. Here’s why these in-person kick-off workshops are game-changers for success: ➡️ Setting clear expectations: Alignment from the start ensures everyone’s focused on the same goals and outcomes. ➡️ Getting executive buy-in: Different teams have different perspectives, and bringing them together at the start is crucial for maximum impact. ➡️ Introducing our way of working: We ensure the project team and leadership understand our process and timeline, creating trust and clarity from day one. These moments are where collaboration truly begins, and we’re confident this approach will set the foundation for a successful partnership with Group A. A big thank you to the fantastic Group A team for their energy, openness, and ambition. We’re looking forward to achieving great results together in 2025 and beyond! Creating the new 'Partner Operating Model' for Insurers 🤝

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity of engaging with numerous CXOs, VPs, and Directors across the FSI. A recurring theme continues to surface - the challenges of effectively managing and driving predictability with (key) accounts and brokers in a B2B context. Here are the most common ones: 1️⃣ Static tools and plans ❌ Account/ business plans live in Excel or PowerPoint. ❌ Goals are unclear and actions are missing. ❌ Collaboration across teams feels messy and unstructured. 2️⃣ Lack of insights and predictability ❌ There’s no real-time view of progress or opportunities. ❌ Teams miss key trends and signals in their data. ❌ Forecasting relies on assumptions rather than facts. 3️⃣ Accountability gaps ❌ Actions lack clear owners and deadlines. ❌ Reporting takes too much time and effort. ❌ Teams struggle to turn plans into execution & results. 💡 What’s needed? A shift from static plans to dynamic, measurable account and business planning based on an OKR (Objectives & Key Results) methodology. Tools that foster real-time collaboration, clear accountability, and data-driven decisions. What challenges are you seeing in your account or broker management processes? I’d love to hear your perspective in the comments or in my DM’s👇 #bussinessplans #OKRs #mutualsuccessplanning

📣 Stop Building Features Nobody Uses — Here’s How to Fix It Being a PM isn’t always easy (understatement of the year?). We can get caught up in non-stop user feature requests, competitive pressure, leadership ideas, flashy trends... But building features rooted in 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 can transform your product. Here's why: 𝟭. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗪𝗵𝘆” 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 Dig deeper to understand user motivations. Business cases reveal: - The real pain points and objectives driving requests. - Patterns that lead to scalable solutions. 𝟮. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 A feature built from business use cases is used. - Users immediately see how it fits into their workflows. - Adoption increases because you have identified the real problems to solve. - You build trust and loyalty because customers feel heard. 𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Business cases = better decisions - How does this feature impact success metrics? Will it decrease churn? - What’s the ROI? Does it justify the development cost? --- 💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? Schedule a call with a customer and ask them: “What’s a key workflow that’s critical to your success but still feels clunky or inefficient?” Dive into each pain point and use their answers to map out a “happy flow” that solves the business case 10x better — even if it’s outside how they use your product today. What’s the most customer-centric feature you’ve built or used? I'm curious to know 👀. #ProductManagement #ProductGrowth

Helping partner organizations scale their indirect revenue faster, with less resources in a accurate & predictable way.

The Evolution of Channel Sales: From Resistance to Data-Driven Collaboration A few years ago, partner leadership clearly recognized the importance of a data-driven, proactive approach to working with partners. But PMs / CAMs? Not so much. I’d often hear: “Why change? I’ve done this for 20 years.” “Good relationships with partners are all that matter.” Fast forward to today, and the game has changed. The growing complexity and competitiveness of the tech industry have forced Channel Managers to rethink their approach. Now, we’re being asked from the Alliance managers, CAMs, PAMs: “How can we collaborate more strategically with partners?” “How can technology support this shift?” Just yesterday, a customer was eager to go live ASAP, even without data connections—because their team wanted to jump-start planning for the new fiscal year. It’s inspiring to see organizations embracing the Partner Operating Model as a foundation for success: 🙏 Trust: Foster mutual confidence through open communication and reliability 📊 Analysis: Use data-driven insights to prioritize actions and guide decisions 🤝 Committed Action Plans: Develop shared plans with clear goals and timelines 🗣️ Accountability: Hold each other accountable with regular check-ins and follow-through 🔦 Measure: Track progress with metrics and adapt based on outcomes I’m proud that the Qollabi technology enables this shift, helping partners become more predictable and scalable—a vital element for CROs and CPOs to achieve company objectives through partnerships. Do you see similar shifts in how strategic planning and partner collaboration evolve in your organization? Let me know below or in a DM! #partnerplanning #OKRs #MutualSuccess #AI #Channel #Alliances
