🚨 €0 to €5 BILLION in fines. GDPR fines are growing exponentially... See for yourself. A graphic is worth more than a long speech. 👇 When GDPR launched in 2018, it transformed how businesses handle data. At first, many saw it as a European concern. But fast forward to 2024, and the message is clear :  GDPR is everywhere. It affects everyone. 1️⃣ GDPR is global—no business is immune.    From small companies to the world’s biggest players, the consequences of non-compliance have been felt:   ▪️Meta → €1.2 billion for illegal data transfers.   ▪️Amazon → €746 million for insufficient transparency.   ▪️ Google → Hundreds of millions in multiple fines for consent failures.  And these aren’t isolated cases. 📌 130+ countries have implemented similar laws (CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil, PDPL in Saudi Arabia). The GDPR was just the beginning of a global data protection wave.  2️⃣ The fines are growing exponentially.   Look at the trend:  📈 In 2019, fines were negligible.   📈 By 2021, cumulative fines hit €2 billion.   📈 In 2024, they’ve now crossed €5 billion.  Why? Because regulators are increasing enforcement, and companies still fall short: ❌ €2.4 billion → Non-compliance with data processing principles.   ❌ €1.65 billion → Insufficient legal basis for processing data.   ❌ €480 million → Weak security measures.  3️⃣ No one is safe. These aren’t just "small oversights." They’re systemic failures that hit companies of all sizes:   - Big corporations pay the price in the headlines.   - Small and medium businesses struggle with resources and expertise.  The reality?
