We are pleased to announce that Ageas has reached an agreement with the UK over 50s specialist, Saga plc.. This partnership includes a 20-year partnership to distribute Motor and Home insurance products to Saga's customers in the UK, set to go live in Q4 2025. Additionally, Ageas UK will acquire Saga's Insurance Underwriting business, Acromas Insurance Company Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. This agreement is well aligned with Ageas’s Elevate27 strategy, leveraging our strong European presence in Non-Life, expanding our business scale and advancing progress in key areas that cater to the needs of the ageing population. The combined expertise of Ageas and Saga will enable us to more effectively serve the growing over 50s customer segment, driving innovation and competitiveness. We were deeply honoured to welcome 👑 His Majesty the King to the AG Campus as part of the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of AG, our Belgian subsidiary.  Closing this special year with this momentous occasion allowed us to not only highlight our rich history but also to showcase our commitment to sustainability and innovation. The King was welcomed by Ageas’s Chairman Bart De Smet and CEO of Ageas and Chairman of AG Hans De Cuyper alongside CEO AG Heidi Delobelle who were privileged to share insights on Ageas’s 200 years in business and specifically our 200-year journey with AG. The programme included: ⭐ A guided exploration of AG’s 200 Years Expo, showcasing our heritage and achievements.  ⭐ A tour of the sustainable features of AG Campus.  ⭐ A roundtable discussion with AG leaders on two critical topics: the impact of climate change on insurers and the transformative potential of AI in our industry.  ⭐ A memorable signing of the Golden Book, marking this historic visit.  The visit concluded with a warm send-off by AG colleagues, reflecting the pride and unity of our entire organisation. 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁 Last weekend, 79 Ageas colleagues gathered in Ghent to begin an exciting new adventure. With the professional guidance of Golazo Energy, they will be training for the upcoming Ageas Triathlon in Bruges next June.    This initiative reflects who we are as a company: we DARE to take on challenges, support one another and strive for growth together. The Ageas Challenge is about more than physical preparation: it’s about 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲—pushing ourselves beyond what we think possible. It’s about 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸—supporting and inspiring one another every step of the way. And it’s about our 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to grow stronger, healthier, and more connected as a team.   From the first warm-ups to the final sprint, the weekend highlighted the power of collaboration, enthusiasm, and new friendships.
