Our efforts to measure and report on social impact in the NT was one of the reasons Ventia was awarded the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory (NT) 2024 Business Excellence Award for our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. Stephen Densmore, Ventia Defence Business Development Manager based in Darwin said, “our success reflects the team’s dedication to customer service excellence and the positive impact we have made to local communities while still ensuring our clients, such as Security and Estate Group, CASG, JLG achieve their national capability goals”. The judges specifically looked at our strategic approach, community influence, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They were also impressed with our ability to demonstrate clear measures of success through use of the global gold standard Themes, Outcomes and Measures (TOM) System which demonstrates that we delivered $4.3 billion worth of social value to Australian and New Zealand communities in 2023.
