About us

The Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) was founded in 1892 and is the largest senior community football league in Australia with 70 clubs playing across six senior men's sections & six senior women's across all of metropolitan Melbourne. The VAFA is the home of representative football and was the first to wear the now famous Big V jumper when they clashed against South Australia in 1925.
