✨ Happy New Year! ✨2025 is no ordinary year—it’s full of mathematical magic. Growing up as the daughter of a mathematician, numbers have always held a special place in my life. From a young age, my mum used everyday moments to teach me maths (like dividing lollies with my sisters!) and later shared the exponential power of numbers—like compound interest. A few days ago, she sent me some fascinating mathematical facts about 2025. Here’s why this new year is so special: 1️⃣ 2025 is a perfect square: 45 x 45 = 2025. 2️⃣ It’s the product of two squares: 9² x 5² = 2025. 3️⃣ The sum of three squares: 40² + 20² + 5² = 2025. 4️⃣ And also the sum of the cubes of all digits from 1 to 9: 1³ + 2³ + 3³ + 4³ + 5³ + 6³ + 7³ + 8³ + 9³ = 2025. 5️⃣ And it’s the first “square year” since 1936. And here’s the simple yet real magic about this new year: 2+0+2+5 = 9. In numerology, 9 symbolises completion and transformation—it invites us to reflect on endings and new beginnings. ✨ Where were you 9 years ago, and how far have you come? ✨ Where do you want to be in 9 years from now? ✨ What can you start this year to get you closer?
