We had an incredible night hosting our Pat Chats last week. The topic was about Mental Health + Wellness in the Workplace. Our guests were absolutely incredible, sharing insights on overcoming the challenges of toxic norms, the benefits of meditation, and building high performance teams with positive workplace culture.
