  • At the Field, we offer a variety of courses designed to help employers change their recruitment practices and work environments so they support and empower people with disability. • Did you know most disabilities are not visible. Conditions like chronic pain, mental health challenges, neurodivergence, autoimmune disorders and many other disabilities are not visible, but they are very real and can create unique challenges, especially in the workplace. For many people living with a non-visible disability, finding a job or succeeding in the workplace can be challenging due to a lack of employer understanding or awareness. Accommodations for non-visible disabilities are often overlooked, and fear of judgment or stigma can make disclosing difficult. It's time for change. Here are a few ways you can make a difference: 🔹 Believe people when they share their needs. 🔹 Make adjustments in workplaces so everyone can succeed. 🔹 Advocate for education and awareness around non-visible disabilities. #InclusionMatters #NonVisibleDisabilities #InvisibleDisability #DiversityInTheWorkplace #DisabilityAwareness

    • A purple outline of Australia with text reading Did you know 90% of people with disability in Australia have a non-visible disability. The Field logo in the bottom left corner.
  • Did you know 4.4 million Australians live with disability. With almost 1 in 5 Australians identifying as having disability, we think inclusion for people with disability should not be optional. Let’s make inclusion the norm. #EqualityAppliesHere Take action today: 🔹Educate yourself and others about disability inclusion. 🔹Advocate for accessibility in your community and workplace (and post all job opportunities on theField.jobs 😁). 🔹Support policies that promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities. Together, we can break barriers and build a more inclusive society. #DisabilityAwareness #PeoplewithDisability #DisabilityInclusion #InclusionMatters
