About us
We believe people matter. And personality sits at the heart of most of our behaviour – how we operate, how we connect with others, how we lead, how we respond. That’s why we built TALY – an intelligent personality profiling platform that helps put personality data back at the heart of recruitment and team decision making. At TALY, we’ve converted leading academic understanding of personality into actionable insights that benefit business. We do this by combining Five Factor Personality traits, Emotional Intelligence and a range of bespoke personality traits into a simple and holistic view of individuals. After years of seeing tangible results within organisations, we know understanding who we are, our natural tendencies and preferences and how we connect and differ from others at work is critical to driving positive change and performance improvement.
