The simplicity of list views ❤️
Salesforce list views are my favourite thing to teach. All the Salesforce fans will roll their eyes and want to talk about agentforce or analytics or some other beautiful tool (all great)… but I love list views for one simple reason: For many end users, the first time they make their own list is usually a moment of real joy (see MVP Angela from Manildra Group’s face in this photo as she learns how to sort her accounts!) Suddenly a Sales rep or a customer service manager can take control back of their leads or accounts or opportunities. They can visualise their work. They can start to sort themselves out and they can see real gains straight away. That’s why I love my job. And why I love the very simple tool of creating your own list view. Ahhh.
