Applications close for our UK Graduate Programme on Friday 6th December.   Harrison is one of our current graduates, completing his final rotation within the commercial team on our St. Johns Wood Square project. Part of his role is to procure the companies used to build the project.   Harrison was drawn to Multiplex because of our focus on Social Value. It’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace. At Multiplex, mental health is a top priority. Taking off and touching down in Sydney will soon have a new look for Aussies and international travellers alike ✈ Progress at Western Sydney International Airport is soaring, and the new terminal is packed with innovative design to benefit travellers once the airport is operational in late 2026.   From bid to build, Multiplex has worked collaboratively with our design partners Airbiz, Woods Bagot, and client Western Sydney International Airport to bring the architectural vision to life while enhancing the design and customer journey.   Taking inspiration from the world's best airports, travelling through this integrated domestic and international terminal building will be a world-class experience. Construction should be a welcoming industry for everyone, no matter your background 🏳️🌈 Last week we raised the rainbow progress flag across our sites globally in recognition of the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia & Transphobia (IDAHOBIT). Actively supporting IDAHOBIT each year at Multiplex isn’t just about raising a flag – it’s about using the opportunity to start a conversation, raise awareness and take a real stand against discrimination in our industry. Thanks to everyone involved in showing their support for their LGBTQIA+ colleagues and the broader community this week 🏳️🌈

Each International Women’s Day we see extraordinary women being celebrated across the industry. But being a successful female in construction shouldn’t be extraordinary. This is why we have fully embraced the UN Women’s IWD theme of Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress this week, and shared stories within our global business about the different ways we can – and are – investing in creating a more diverse industry. From championing women’s networks to inspiring girls to consider construction careers, every initiative is driven by a common goal: to make construction an industry women want to work in AND stay in.
