At Move-in, we're proud to be at the forefront of the #BTR market, supplying FF&E for Greystar's new project in South Melbourne, #TheGladstone.
Greystar has officially opened the doors on its first Australian project, one of the largest build-to-rent developments in the country. In the heart of Melbourne, The Gladstone consists of three towers and 700 units. Each building boasts luxury amenities with a state-of-the-art gym, a pilates studio, an indoor lap pool, and an outdoor lagoon pool. Greystar Australia Managing Director Matt Woodland was joined by the Victorian Minister for Development Victoria, Precincts and Creative Industries Colin Brooks at the official ribbon cutting ceremony, alongside partners, residents, and the local community. Bob Faith, CEO and Founder of Greystar, said: “The Gladstone marks a significant milestone in Greystar’s legacy as our first official operation on Australian soil.
