As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to say farewell and celebrate the retirement our dear friend and colleague, Anne Rollason. Anne has been an integral part of our Morrows One Team, bringing her expertise, dedication, and sense of humour to the Superannuation division and beyond. Her warmth, wisdom, and wit have left a lasting mark on us all, and while we’ll miss her, we’re excited for Anne as she steps into her next chapter. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month (October) and Mental Health Week (5-12 October), two of our Morrows One Team members, Joe Pulvirenti and David Alcorn, attended the annual Life Again luncheon on Friday at the MCG. This event is an important fundraiser for Life Again, an organisation founded by Gareth Andrews, dedicated to supporting men struggling with anxiety and depression. The luncheon was also an opportunity to celebrate Gareth’s remarkable life—from his early school days to playing AFL football for both Richmond and Geelong in the early 1970s. Earlier this year, Gareth was awarded an AO for his contributions to sport and the community, recognising his enduring impact.
