We love to see Australian businesses on the global stage. Plenty of Aussie founders hiring global talent and selling globally from day one because of the type and size of problem they're solving and we get very excited by this - Profit Peak and FOBOH are two excellent examples!
Australian founders are represented on the global stage. In this case, two Aussie companies were awarded the Spark Fellowship for 2024, and I couldn't be prouder. 14 female-founded and female-led companies will receive US$100k as a non-dilutive grant and are part of a program that kicked off with a trip to Delhi, India last month with Peak XV. The two Aussie representatives are: - Carla (top left) is the CEO and cofounder of Profit Peak and is building the operating system for profitable ecommerce companies - Kshitija Deshmukh (top second left, next to Carla) is the CEO and cofounder of FOBOH alongside Bethany. FOBOH is building wholesale food and beverage software, streamlining order and inventory management I'm really excited about the potential of the group, and that for the first time we have Aussie startups alongside those from SEA and India, to reflect the talent in our region. Carla, KD and Beth you know I think the world of you - this is very well deserved and is one exciting step of many in your global business building journeys. 🗺️ #startupaus #venturecapital #femalefounders
