🎉Intrax Projects 2024 Wrap Up  🎉   This year, we reached new heights in delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused solutions.   Enhanced Service Offering: We marked a significant milestone and rolled out our comprehensive 'end-to-end' service offering in NSW providing comprehensive solutions for our clients! First Build-to-Rent Project: In collaboration with Greystar, 888 Bourke St in Zetland, NSW, stands as a testament to innovation and teamwork.  Sustainability in action: We're thrilled to have achieved a 5-star Green Star As-Built rating for Dunlop Avenue, Ascot Vale, and to have completed ESD reporting for 20 Berry Street, North Sydney.  Residential: Completed Como Terraces in South Yarra and advanced SSDA submissions for 50 Anderson Street, Chatswood, and SDA Canopy Living projects. Office: Redeveloped 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne for Mirvac. Education: Began construction of Horseshoe Bend Primary School for VSBA, plus upgrades at Pymble Ladies College and St Narsai College. Public Buildings: Started building the Pyramid Hill Community Centre. Health: Progressed projects at Alfred Hospital and Alfred Lane House. Sports: Developed the McPherson Pavilion. Infrastructure: Delivered the Powercor Depot in Warrnambool and over 10 NRMA EV charging stations across Australia. 🎉 WA 2024 Highlights 🎉   In our 4th year of operation, the WA team has continued its growth journey:   👥 Team Growth: Expanded by 50% to support a growing client portfolio in Housing and Forensics. 🏢 New Office: accionvegana into a larger space to accommodate our growing team. 📍 Statewide Reach: Delivered projects across Broome in the far north, Albany in the south, and Kalgoorlie to the east.  🏘️ Social Housing: Working closely with our clients on Government-led housing projects to improve the stock of social housing in the state.  🎓 Graduate Engineers: Welcoming our first cohort of Graduate Engineers - an exciting milestone for the team. 📋 NCC 2022 Prep: Assisting clients in preparing for the 2025 implementation. 🤝 National Support: Supported the wider Intrax business with a number of projects in other states, particularly in the LGS space.   We'd like to thank our loyal and valued clients in Western Australia as well as our hardworking industry partners for their support throughout 2024. 🎉 SA 2024 Highlights 🎉   As the year comes to a close, we’re proud to share two standout projects from our South Australian team:   🌟 Unity College Early Learning Centre: We’re proud to have contributed to the state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre in Murray Bridge, supporting the needs of children aged 3-5 years. With two activity rooms for up to 38 children, a dedicated Kindergarten program, and modern staff facilities, this project reflects our commitment to inspire growth in education.   🏨 Tapleys Hill Road, West Beach: We were thrilled to collaborate on the expansion of tourist accommodation at the Parador Inn, West Beach. Working with MasterPlan, Shape Architects AU and CIRQA, we played a pivotal role in delivering four new buildings with 15 accommodation units. This project is part of a significant investment in the site’s legacy as a tourist destination dating back to the 1960s.   From education to tourism, these projects are a testament to how we create innovative solutions and help communities grow.   A heartfelt thank you to our valued South Australian clients for your unwavering support throughout 2024. A Christmas message from our CEO. As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year that’s been and express my heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and team members. The second year of our three-year 2026 strategy has been one of stabilisation, and I’m proud to say we have successfully held our ground in what has been a challenging market. While many in the engineering and professional services sector faced difficulties this year, Intrax gained market share across all four of our divisions, remaining steadfast in our goals as we work toward our 2026 vision. This achievement is a testament to the exceptional work of the Intrax team and the strength of our service offerings to our clients. This year, we’ve delivered on our promise of quality and on-time delivery, demonstrating unwavering commitment to our valued clients.
