For the 77 established trees that are being retained on the site they have stood on for well over 50 years, and the stories they could tell. To create a new level of living for Hawthorn, naturally.

Celebrating 5 Years of Moonee Valley Park In just five years, we've welcomed 149 families to our MVP community, with another 329 expected by the end of 2025! Together, we’ve delivered Feehan Row North (2022), Thomas Street and Feehan Row South (2023), and there’s more on the way—two new stages are already underway and set for completion by Spring 2025. Construction Update for Moonee Valley Park Watch the exciting progress at Stonepine House & Trackside House. Concrete floor slabs have been poured up to level 3 and lift cores have reached level 6. Basement formwork has been removed and key services, including fire and hydraulics, have been roughed in.
