The right data has the power to transform workplaces—and PATH proves it. Read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/gajTvgMs
When I joined PATH over three years ago, my goal was to create a truly global, fair, and inclusive organization where everyone feels valued and contributes to our mission. To achieve this, I knew we needed to rely on data-driven insights rather than gut feelings. I conducted extensive listening tours, visiting over 60% of our global offices, and leveraged the power of Culture Amp, a global employee experience platform. Over the past few years, we’ve seen significant improvements: 📌 92% of employees are proud to work at PATH. 📌 82% of employees feel a sense of belonging, placing PATH in the top 25% of non-profit organizations for this metric. 📌 93% of employees feel aligned with PATH’s organizational goals. 📌 75% of PATH staff are engaged, positioning us in the top 30% of non-profit organizations for engagement. 📌 LGBTQ+ employees have experienced a 9% increase in engagement. 📌 Women-focused people resource groups have seen a 500% increase in growth. This CultureAmp case study highlights our journey at PATH and demonstrates how data-driven insights can lead to improved employee engagement and experience. https://lnkd.in/dGhk7jgn I’d love to hear from you: What strategies have you implemented to create an inclusive and thriving workplace?
